Contact your child's doctor for a signed referral for speech therapy evaluation and treatment. 

Your child's doctor may be able to conduct a hearing screening. If not, you may call PENTA @ 404-255-2033 to schedule a hearing test. 

This includes any IEPs, IFSP, 504 Plans, and /or previous speech-language evaluations, & developmental evaluations.

Once you have BOTH a signed referral and hearing screen, please call the office to proceed with scheduling an evaluation. If no appointments are available, we do have a waitlist.
